What does the AI actually do?
It chooses which approved offer, message and sequence to show each buyer, drafts copy for you to approve, runs your split tests and reviews every flow for misleading claims before it goes live.
Does the AI change my prices?
No. You set every price. The AI chooses between offers you have approved but never adjusts a price for an individual buyer.
What data does the AI use?
Sale outcomes and behaviour inside your flows, such as traffic source, device and the steps a buyer completed. It does not use card details or sensitive personal data.
Is JDSquid a bank or a payment processor?
No. JDSquid is a software company. We provide AI-powered conversion flows and sales tools. Payments are processed by the processor you connect, under your own agreement with that processor.
Which payment processors are supported?
Stripe and Inflowpay. You need an active account with one of them to accept payments.
Does JDSquid store card details?
No. Card details are captured by your processor's secure fields and are never stored on JDSquid servers.
What can I sell with JDSquid?
Digital products and services such as online courses, coaching programs, memberships, software and templates, provided they comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and your processor's terms.
How are refunds and chargebacks handled?
Refunds are issued through your connected processor. Disputes and chargebacks follow your processor's rules and are managed in your processor account.
